Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up only sells and ships product out of state, please call for information.

Forever Beautiful cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Please call 912-882-6096 or email: fbpmu@tds.net for Lou. If a return is justified, Lou will issue the number for the return of any merchandise.

We can only accept returns of UNUSED merchandise. This is consistent with any supplier or merchant dealing with similar products. The Time Limit for Returns is 30 days from the date of the invoice. Please ensure you inspect all materials upon their receipt so you do not exceed the 30 day limit.

Merchandise must be returned as originally packaged. Include a copy of the original invoice. Include a note explaining the reason for the return. Include your current telephone and or email address, and in all cases, your address.

Pigments CANNOT be returned.

We are not responsible for breakage, crushed or tampered with cartons. This is a responsibility of the freight company or post office; Please file claims with the delivery company.
