To book any course, Registration and Deposit fees are required.
For any course there is a non re-fundable Administration, Registration Fee of
$150.00. Once paid, the Registration Fee remains on file for all time.
This means, if a prospective student, for any reason re-schedules, only the
Deposit Fee would have to be considered as on file or re-submitted if it
was returned in accordance with
Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up policy on the re-fund of Deposits.
The Deposit Fee is $350 for all courses.
To book and confirm any class there is a Deposit & Registration Fee totalling $500.00.
To book the Electrolysis Course the total up front fee is $1,500.00 because the first part of the course is home-study and some tuition is paid prior to the on-site study; the $1,500.00 breaks down as follows: $350.00 Deposit; $150.00 Registration; and $1,000.00 towards the tuition.
How does the Deposit & Registration Fee apply if a prospective student must change the start date or decide, for any reason, not to study with Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up?
Two examples follow:
Example (1): Should a prospective student re-schedule for a new class more than 6 months in the future, the student may request the Deposit Fee be re-funded until re-booking the new class date; it should be noted the Deposit & Registration Fees must be on file prior to confirming any class date.
Example (2): Should a prospective student notify Forever Beautiful Permanent she or he is canceling study with Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up now or in the future for any reason, the Deposit Fee minus the fee for the Training Manual, shall be cheerfully re-funded and the Registration Fee shall remain on file in accordance with these printed procedures. Also the prospective student will be charged $250 for the Training Manual.
Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up is not a supplier or retail seller of products. Therefore any equipment or supplies provided with courses are subject to manufacturer return or repair policies. Graduates are encouraged to contact Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up for instructions. Should Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up sell products in the future, procedures will be posted on this page.
