For Techs not requiring a full course, based on experience & knowledge level, the 4 day course is $1,500; for previous students, all courses are offered with a 10% discount. Since this course is only offered to working Derma Techs, you bring your Power Supply, Cords, and Coil Machine ... we supply the rest. For experienced Derma Techs not using a Coil or Digital machine, add one day & $300 to the 4 day course. The full, one week course, would include teaching the Coil with no increase in tuition. You are taught everything from selecting the tattoo desired to completion of the body art. So for each Derma Tech, this course is designed to start at the level you require to be successful; from 4 days to a full week, we will fit the course to suit your needs. This is up to one full week of "hands on" training; for those of you who have taken the Permanent Make Up Course taught in her Clinic, you know she teaches by doing not reading.

General Course Information. You will learn to use Tattoo Flash Art (the patterns, I.E., Butterflies, Dolphins, Roses, Etc); make line drawings; learn how to transfer tattoo patterns to the body. You will learn the proper needle groupings appropriate for each area of a tattoo. You will use and review sterilization procedures, especially when using stainless steel tubes; how to safely use the ultra sonic and properly clean using the autoclave. You will learn proper Pre & Post-Care procedures for tattoos. You will receive the copyrighted Training Manual which includes sections on Waste Management, OSHA requirements, Bloodborne Pathogens & requirements, Sanitation & Sterilization, and many other topics Derma Techs need to know.

You will be taught simple line & shading tattoo techniques You will be taught and apply on models simple, basic: butterflies, suns, flowers, and tribal art. You will also apply tattoos to actual clients so the range of art work will vary; all of your work will be under the direct supervision of Janice.

As you all probably realize, in our PMU businesses, we often hear a lady state she wants a small tattoo. Up til now you have to say, NO. Now, you will have the basic knowledge and experience to say, YES! The now can Bridge the Gap between PMU & small, tasteful Body Art!
