To book any course, Registration & Deposit fees are required.
For any course there is a non re-fund able Administration, Registration Fee of
$150.00. Once paid, the Registration Fee remains on file for all time.
The Deposit Fee is $350 for all courses.
To book and confirm any Permanent Cosmetics class there is a Deposit & Registration Fee totalling $500.00. For any previous student who studied with us and paid the Registration Fee, the deposit on any other PMU course is $350
The Electrolysis Course is $3,000. To book the Electrolysis Course the fee up front is $1,500.00 because the first part of the course is home-study and one half of the tuition is paid prior to on-site study; the $1,500.00 to book the course breaks down as follows: $1,350.00 Deposit; $150.00 Registration.
How does the Deposit & Registration Fee apply if a prospective student must change the start date or decide, for any reason, not to study with Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up?
Four examples follow:
Example (1): We realize sometimes a prospective student must make changes; therefore, if a student must re-schedule a start date of less than 6 months in the future, there is no penalty, re-funds, or any other changes except the date of the class start date.
Example (2): Should a prospective student re-schedule for a new class more than 6 months in the future, the deposit is forfeited. If the student re-schedules in the future, a new deposit of $350 will be paid. The student will receive credit for the new and original deposit and the registration fee towards the total tuition.
Example (3): Should a prospective student notify Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up she or he is canceling study with Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up now or in the future for any reason, the deposit is forfeited and the student remains registered.
Example (4): Once one (1) day of any course is completed, there is no re-fund of any monies. The student also signs and agrees by signing the contract statement concerning any dispute, any action taken in dispute shall be in Camden County, GA, the home base of Forever Beautiful.
Note: Should a situation arises not covered here and a re-fund of deposit is appropriate, the deposit minus the fee for the Training Manual applies. The Training Manual cannot be returned under any circumstances and a fee of $250 is the value of the Training Manual.
Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up is not a supplier or retail seller of products. Therefore any equipment or supplies provided with courses are subject to manufacturer return or repair policies. Graduates are encouraged to contact Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up for instructions. Should Forever Beautiful Permanent Make Up sell products in the future, procedures will be posted on this page.
